1. By continuing to use this Website, you, the user (includes Affiliates the Company) agree, accept and abide by the Terms and Conditions of this Website (updated and revised from time to time). If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions (including the Privacy Policy), please do not access, use this Website or proceed forth. 2. You hereby agree that you are a natural or legal person fully capable of entering into a contract as per the provision of Indian Contract Act, 1872. 3. This Website provides services in the area of Astrology, Tarot reading, Yoga, Reiki and such other spiritual, mental and physical well-being related services(“Service”). A user can avail the services by giving the requisite information prompted and asked by the Website. 4. You agree and undertake that the information disclosed, published or shared by you on the Website is true, correct and does not belong to any other person. You further agree and undertake that the comment or information provided by you does not impersonate any person, mislead, deceive, objectionable, harassing, invasive of other’s privacy and is in conformity of Rule 3 (2) of Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 or any existing law in force.5. We reserve the right to add, amend or modify the Terms and Conditions without any prior notice, therefore, you are advised to keep yourself updated about the same. You are subject to the most current version of this Terms and conditions.6. We are not associated with any advertisement, advice, opinion, consultation or anything provided on or through the Website that gives or claims to give magical solution or remedy to any disease or condition specified in Drugs and Magic Remedies Objectional Advertisement Act, 1954   or anything by any person.7. We do not believe, encourage, participate in anything which is superficial, blind, deceiving, misleading, illegal, manipulative, magical or beyond control or understanding of human being. 8. You agree and undertake that your device do not carry, inflict any software, virus or any computer code, files or programme that destroys, damages or affects the functionality of this Website in any way.  9. We have right to completely prohibit you from accessing this Website or availing our services, without notifying you if you violate any of the provision of this Terms and Conditions. 10. We do not screen or censor the users who access and use our Service, hence, you assume all the risks associated with dealing with other user. 11. We are not liable for any advice, opinion, consultation, service, product bought on advice of the Astrologer, Tarot card reader or any other practitioner whose services are available on or through the Website (“Affiliates”). We further clarify that we are not even liable for any action of the user taken upon any advice, opinion of the Affiliate.  12. We have no role to play in determining the fees charged by the Affiliates for their service provided on or through this Website. Also, we are not liable for any arrangement or agreement between the users with regard to their service, payment of fees or anything related thereto. 13. The Website and the processes, their selection and arrangement including but not limited to all text, graphic, user interface, logo, visual interface, sounds and music (if any), artwork and computer code on or related to the Website and design, structure, selection, selection, coordination, expression and look and feel of the Website(“Owner Content”).The Owner Content is the property of the Company and, therefore, is protected by the Intellectual Property Laws of India. You are not permitted to use the Owner Content without prior consent of the Company or infringe in any way, the intellectual property rights related thereto.  14. These Terms and Conditions will continue to govern Website until terminated by the Company. The Company reserves the right to terminate these Terms and Conditions by notifying the user 15 days prior to such termination whereas a user will no longer be bound by the Terms and Conditions if he ceases to access, use or avail services of the Website and close his or her account on the Website.17. Even after termination, clause 10 to clause 14 will continue and survive termination.18. If any clause of these Terms and User is deemed invalid, unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable then that shall be deemed severable from these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining clause. 19. If in any event we fail to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions, this shall not mean that we have waived off our right with respect to such provision or these Terms. 20. The Terms and conditions are made in accordance and in conformity of the prevalent laws of India and is subject to the jurisdiction of Indian Courts. 21.
